Feeling Septemberish

Can you hear the Geisha girl playing something autumnal, perhaps ‘Autumn in New York’, or ‘the Leaves that are green’, maybe ‘Moondance’, ‘Harvest Moon’ or ‘Autumn Leaves’,or even something atonal. The squash and the apples mellow in the window light. The demonstrative sunflowers, dahlias and zinnias abound. There is joy in harvest and yellow… and yet.
